ソーシャルリクルーティング入門

はじめまして。清水元承といいます。（または「ずーしみ！」としてご存知の方もいらっしゃるかと思います。）

おそらく日本初（！？）の、ソーシャルリクルーティングに関するウェブサイトを立ち上げてみました。
以下に簡単な略歴を記します。

1997年　都市銀行入行
2003年　企業再生ファンドへ転職
2006年　米系外食チェーンの日本法人立ち上げ
2010年　人材系IT企業へ転職

だいぶはしょりました。東京生まれの東京育ち体育会系です。
海外の事業を日本に持ってくるという仕事をさせて頂いた経験から、内外差異のあるところでゼロからイチを築くことに魅せられました。

世界の今日を知り　日本から明日をよむ

ことを通じて、少しでも誰かの何かの足しになれるよう、心がけていきます。

Hello, this is Moto Shimizu. My career began with working at one of the most major banks in Japan. After moving to the fund management company I led the launch of american food restaurant opening here in Tokyo.
Now I am working at an IT company to develop new business.

On this blog I am going to introduce various cases and considerations about ‘social recruiting’ around the world for deeper understanding.
